     Here, on this page, we will write our detailed proposals, to show you the exemplary sketches of our vision of the project and to describe the personal opportunities. Simply, affordably, and in our own words we will explain what has been done, what is doing now and what kind of support is needed:

•   Investor is required 

Today:

     1  In Montenegro, in our property is a plot of land, total area of 25 000 square meters (southern slope). Opportunities for expansion at the expense of surrounding land are about 5 million square meters.

 

     2  All necessary communications – electricity and water – are available.

 

     3  All the permits for the construction and implementation of the project are obtained.

 

     4  Convenient location in the center of Montenegro with connection to the main highway E762. Distance to capital city Podgorica (the first airport) is 36 km, to the northern ski-resort Zabljak - 86 km, to the seaside towns: Budva - 95 km, Tivat (second airport) - 120 km.

 

     5  The plot is located in a quiet and seclusion place, in the village with a small population (only 15 houses). A plot of land, allocated for the project, is in the center of the village, and the nearest neighbors are at a distance of 500 - 700 meters. The plot has cascade structure (about 15 - 20 levels, each is 100-2000 square meters), that rises to a height of 70 - 100 meters.

 

     6  Perhaps the most important thing is that our family is constantly living in this place and totally in love with this eco-project. Sometimes it is pretty easy to invest the money, but develop and intelligently manage the project is much more difficult. Before you reap the rewards of your projects, you should make a great job to develop your creation and never lose its original meaning. We were not in a hurry, and had enough time to explore the local market of services and understand that such kind of projects need to be managed and maintained carefully, even needed to invest in the construction our souls. We are ready and want to be absolutely involved in our common cause! We think that other details and subtleties of work on this kind of project could be circumstantially discussed at the meeting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our plans:

     1  At the beginning, should be implement main and basic, but small part of the project with its own infrastructure. The “heart” of eco-hotel.  The main tasks are clear and simple - to create a maintenance base – the main structure (a face of all project) (the construction has already begun), and 2-3 separate buildings for guests of eco-hotel, designed for up to 5 people in each house.

 

     - Water is life. Therefore, first of all, we should build a main well for natural drinking water production. Capacity of the main well must be counted with a margin for further expansion, to achieve absolute self-reliance of water. Main base of eco-hotel starts with the lowest point of the village. The depth to stable aqueous stream is 12-50 meters.  

     - On the whole original territory of the eco-hotel the unique system of interconnected autonomous lakes should be realized; it will help to implement additional summing drip irrigation for new trees to increase the rate of its growth, because Montenegro is known as a country with so many sunny days a year, and sometimes the nature has to survive up to three months without rain. We should conduct additional landscape for growing the necessary agricultural crops for the production of own organic food.

     - We should install the autonomous power supply and heating system of eco-hotel.

 

     2  We should create the remaining infrastructure, select the variety of domestic animals, plan and construct the entertainment component of the eco-hotel.

 

     3  We should start the finished project in real time and debug all processes of eco-hotel.

What is needed for a complex implementation of the project:

     1  Investment of the project. The total project cost is 1.12 million euros. Personal funds invested - 150,000 euros. Requires an investment of 970,000 euros. Construction period of the project  will be 1 - 2 years.

 

     As has already been said above, we invite all concerned to visit us, see the land and discuss all possible options for the development of the project, business plans and other aspects. We have several attractive ideas to be discussed and adjustment to individual needs.

 

     Below are some of the participation and co-operation options:

 

     - Investments to obtain a percentage of profits after starting the project.

     - Charity and participation in the project.

     - Partial funding for the project and the ability to build own object for the relaxation and leisure activities, or build own autonomous shelter in an extended area. At the same time you get an opportunity for construction of the personal real estate that shifts to your property with a plot of land on the expanded territory of eco-hotel. Your private property will be provided by the year-round maintenance and gardening. Strict requirement for this embodiment is uniform style in architecture. The remaining points of this item are flexible.

     - We are open to discuss all new ideas and ways of cooperation.

 

     2  Before the start of the project we will do the aerial surveys of the eco-hotel land and create the detailed 3D design.

 

     3  The main idea is the good and qualitative implementation and support and competent maintenance and service. The final project after starting will have its own uniqueness as the most Alive project! And we point the important feature – the idea that this project promotes healthy lifestyles and has its own soul. We are sure, that many people will seek to return here again and again!
